2. Data we collect

Only the data you provide through the contact form: name, email address, phone (optional) and the content of your message.

3. Purpose

To manage and respond to your request for information or a quote. We do not use your data for advertising purposes and we do not build profiles.

4. Legal basis

The consent you give when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a of the GDPR).

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for the legal periods that apply. It is then deleted.

6. Recipients

No data is shared with third parties, except where required by law. Data is hosted on the servers of the hosting provider (MassiveHoster), which acts as data processor.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@future-house.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
